Dubai Police recently recorded the death of an Asian man on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Street when a car ran over him, and by checking the records of the deceased they found that he had had ran over a person 10 years ago and caused his death.
A security source told Emirates Al-Youm that the deceased stopped his car on the side of the road for an accident. As he tried to cross as part of his attempt to repair the defect, a car ran over him and died of injuries.
The source added that the irony in this incident is that the crossing from non-pedestrianized areas is the cause of the two incidents, although there is a time difference of 10 years between them, and that the person who causes the first incident is the deceased in the second.
The source pointed out that the driver of the vehicle, which caused the last incident, was surprised as he walked around 10 pm, by a person crossing the road, which consists of six tracks, and he could not avoid him, and caused his death, while the deceased killed a man the same way 10 years ago.
