Asteco Franchisees Generate 43% Y-On-Y Profit Increase

Dubai – Masaader News

Asteco, the Middle East’s largest independent full service real estate company, has underscored the success of its licensing division as latest figures show a 43% growth in income between January and July 2017 compared to the same period last year.

As the company prepares for Cityscape, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 11-13 September, Asteco’s Licensing Services division is going from strength-to-strength and will be the focus at this year’s event as Asteco maximises its reach in the secondary sales and leasing market with an onsite ‘shop window’-style stand.

Exclusively represented by the company’s franchisees, Asteco will be showcasing a range of their latest sales and leasing opportunities in residential areas including Dubai Silicon Oasis, Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Beach Road and Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi with various apartment and villa configurations available.

John Stevens, Managing Director, Asteco, said: “We successfully launched Asteco’s Licensing Services division in 2014 to offer potential franchisees the opportunity to be part of, and leverage, Asteco’s 30-year brand pedigree and successful business model.

“The results to date have been exceptional with growth far exceeding our expectations. Our passionate and professional franchisees are selling and leasing buildings extremely quickly. In many instances franchisees can, and do, make sales from the very first day of operation. Our Asteco Avenues franchise completed 103 deals in just 11 weeks of trading which is tremendous testament to the work put in by the team.”

All franchisees are given tailored set-up support services, bespoke operating areas, regional brand visibility and access to an enviable sales and leasing portfolio, a major benefit to all franchisees.

Asteco is the only locally established, full service real estate business in the region offering a bespoke franchise opportunity. As the largest real estate franchise company in the Middle East, Asteco currently has 14 franchises in Dubai, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Combined, the franchisees employ over 140 brokers and 20 administration staff, while the company also has a training academy as part of its value add to the franchises.

Asteco has set ambitious targets to increase the number of franchisees to 50 by 2020 focusing on further expansion in the Middle East and Asia. Discussions are also ongoing in the US, Europe and the UK as Asteco looks to expedite growth of the franchise model on a global stage.

“Gaining access to the Asteco brand offers unrivalled credibility built over three decades. Stakeholders are also assured the most stringent due diligence is carried out before offering a franchise. This ensures franchisees deliver the same exacting levels of service that has been at the core of the business’s success for so long,” added Stevens.
