Oil Price Rises As Inventories Fall

Oil prices rose on Friday, and Brent crude rose by 1.1% to $ 56.89 a barrel as inventories fell, according to a report published by Mubasher.

US crude futures rose by 1.2% to $ 51.20 a barrel.

US oil inventories fell 2.8 million barrels in the week ending Oct. 6, while gasoline stocks rose by 2.5 million barrels.

OPEC said in its monthly report oil production increase during the same period by 88.5 thousand barrels per day.
