Imdaad Group CEO Ranks First On fmME Power 50 List

Dubai – Masaader News

In recognition of his outstanding leadership skills, Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Group CEO of Imdaad, a Dubai-based group of companies that provides integrated, sustainable facilities management services that enhance operational efficiencies of physical assets, has been positioned at the number one spot on the fmME Power 50 ranking of Middle East’s most influential personalities in the facilities management sector for the sixth year in a row.

The coveted ranking by ‘Facilities Management Middle East’, the region’s leading monthly magazine for FM and strata professionals, FM service providers, building owners and developers, coincides with Mr. Lootah’s 10th anniversary as the top executive of Imdaad.

“I’m honored to be named once again at the first spot on the fmME Power 50 list of the most influential individuals working within the region’s FM sector. This achievement is a true reflection of Imdaad’s unfailing resolve to pursue excellence and continued commitment to our customers as well as the industry,” said Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Group CEO, Imdaad.

“It has been an incredible journey for me and Imdaad as well in the last 10 years. Reflecting on the past decade in business, the company has evolved from a few people in a small infrastructure to a multi-million group of companies that offers a diverse portfolio of FM services. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our team for their hard work and dedication to the company without which receiving this prestigious recognition would not have been possible,” he added.

Under Lootah’s leadership, Imdaad recorded a strong growth over the past 12 months as it won significant number of new contracts including an AED 30 million three-year renewable agreement with the Government of Dubai’s Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities (IACAD) and an AED 6 million contract to provide integrated FM services to Emirates Post Group.

The multi-awarded group also achieved two significant milestones during the year under Mr. Lootah’s leadership. In October, Imdaad was accredited by the Dubai Government’s Regulatory and Supervisory Bureau (RSB) for electricity and water as an Energy Services Company (ESCO) and awarded the membership of the Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC).

Furthermore, Imdaad launched a biofuel station at its Jebel Ali plant earlier this year as part of the company’s efforts to harness sustainable energy solutions within the portfolio of FM services offered to its clients. The biofuel station now powers the group’s large fleet of waste compactor trucks and service support vehicles with biodiesel that is derived from food waste and diesel and has proven to reduce greenhouse gases.
