Mousa Coast Developments announced the delivery of 110 new units in their leading project ‘Mousa Coast’ located in Oyoun Mousa, Red Sea, with investments of EGP 100 million in 2019. Adding to the previously delivered units, ‘Mousa Coast’ has delivered 2,610 units, including commercial and recreational spaces.
Mohamed Hany Al-Assal, CEO of Misr Italia Holding, said that the company is keen on delivering their projects fully-facilitated and with the highest quality of services, aiming to provide the residents with a superb quality of life. Al-Assal further clarified that “Mousa Coast” design reflects an innovative concept, focusing on the optimal use of the project’s spaciousness. Al-Assal mentioned that through “Mousa Coast”, the company seeks to promote international and domestic tourism, using the distinctive project location in the top tourist destination, South Sinai Governorate, which is famous for white sand, sulfur-rich water and recreational landmarks.
Spanning across more than 6.6 million square meters, Mousa Coast has a prime location overlooking a mesmerizing 3.5 kilometers long of the Red Sea beach. Mousa Coast is 45 minutes away from The New Administrative Capital, 90 minutes from the heart of Cairo, and only 15 minutes away from Ras Sudr International Airport, making it among the best destinations for travel thanks to its proximity to the capital. Additionally, the project overlooks Oyoun Mousa / Ras Sudr Road, which is part of the frameworks of the National Highway Roads Development Project, making it more accessible.
Believing that a clean city is a happy city, Mousa Coast Developments chose Oyoun Mousa area, the second least polluted city in the world, in order to establish a model community to ensure a healthy life for its residents, away from highly polluted cities.
In light of their support of the government’s ongoing environment sustainability plans, the company has established a water desalination plant and a giant water tank in “Mousa Coast”, to provide residents and visitors with a sustainable water source.
