“Qatar’s request to internationalize Hajj operations is aggressive and we consider it a declaration of war against the kingdom,” Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubair said during his speech at the press conference of the foreign ministers of the boycott countries in Bahrain. Stressing that the Kingdom has the right to respond to any party working to internationalize Hajj operations.
